Dec. 16 A ROOSEVELT WEDS LONDON GIRL. Mr. Philip James Roosevelt, 41, third cousin of the United States President Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt, was married in London today to 26-year Miss Philippa Buss, of Egerton Crescent, Chelsea. The wedding took place at Tollington Park Baptist Church, Islington, where the bride's brother, the Rev. Michael Buss, is minister. Mr. Roosevelt is an investment adviser from Oyster Bay, New York.
