The scandal started when the partly clothed body of 21 year old Wilma Montesi was found on a beach near Rome. Investigations disclosed alleged drug and sex orgies in Italian high Society. Jazz Band Leader Piero Piccioni son of former Italian Foreign Minister Attilio Piccioni is to be charged with culpable manslaughter.
