Pierre Szekely, Hungarian sculptor, with exhibit, Paris
Nov. 24, 1981 - At the Mint Museum in Paris, only the sculptor and coin-maker, Pierre Szekely from Hungary is on display. This artist moved to France in 1946 and has worked there ever since. This exhibition will present tapestries, stamps, paintings, coins designed by Szekely for money, but also about a hundred sculptures. One of the sculptures, called Puberty, will particularly grab your attention. It involves a 3 ton baby! Szekely is pictured here with the sculpture
