Four plastic Beatles blow-up dolls in Sotheby's auction
Feb. 28 Four Plastic blow-up dolls of the beatles have been sold for hundreds of dollars at a the famous sotheby's auction rooms in London. They were amongst rock souvenirs including a, 800.00 Bronze bust of John Lennon and worn-out drum sets, guitars and mixing consoles which belonged to the Beatles at the height of their fame. These souvenirs, much sought after by the thousands of rock collectors and fans in countries all over the world have become as valuable as antiques. Many rock stars turned out to place their bids amongst them Bill Wyman of the rolling stones and Rick Parfitt of status quo but they were outbid by a japanese businessman who bought up over 00, 000.00 worth of Rock memorabilia to display in his Tokyo store.
