Play about Hitler by Tsuneari Fukuda, Tokyo, Japan

Apr. 17 Hitler - two of them in Tokyo: Hitler did not die yet is the title of a play by Japanese author Tsuneari Fukuda, being performed at the Asahi Seimei Hall in Shinjuku, Tokyo by the Shiki Theatrical group. In the play, two Hitlers appear each claiming I am the real Hitler, the other is my substitute'. Finally it is revealed that they are both substitutes for Hitler. The point Fukuda tries to make in the new play, is to show that hero worship by the people remains, whether the hero is real or not, and all they want is a hero of some kind. A Japanese Eva Braun also features in the play complete with blonde wig - does she know who is the real Hitler? The play does not reveal this to the audience. Photo shows the two Hitlers
