Dec. 11, 1952 - American Polioy Plan/Arrives - With Latest Bid To Settle Oil Dispute: Mr. Paul Nitze, the American State Department's chief policy planner, arrived at London Airport this morning with the latest American bid to settle the oil dispute between Britain and Persia. It is said to propose the setting up of a corporation, including the major American oil companies and the Anglo- Iranisn Oil Company, to transport and market Persian oil, and share profits with the Persian Government. Mr. Nitze plans to stay in London for only a day - perhaps for only a few hours. Photo shows Mr. Paul Nitze, seen on arrival at London Airport today
