Dec. 26 Mr. Cabot Lodge Received By M. Joxe At The Quai D'orsay: President Johnson has instructed the former U.S. ambassador at Saigon, Mr. Cabot Lodge, to make a tour of the allied capitals in order to explain American politics in South-East Asia. Mr. Cabot Lodge arrived in Paris yesterday and today, accompanied by Mr. Charles Bohlen, American ambassador to France, he went to the Quai d'Orsay where he was received by M. Louis Joxe.
