Feb. 29 The National Bank of North America held its annual Economic preview at the New York Hilton Hotel today. The principle speaker was Dr. Alan Greenspan, a member of President Reagan's economic policy advisory board and is currently chairman of the national commission on social security reform, Dr. Greenspan was formerly chairman of the Presidents council of economic advisors under President Ford.
