Mar. 22 Us- secretary of state Cyrus Vance spent a visit to Bonn/west Germany : During his Europe-trip the American secretary of state, Cyrus Vance, also visited the west German capital Bonn and had meetings with president Karl Carstens, as well as with chancellor helmut Schmidt and foreign minister Hans - Dietrich genscher.
