General Jakubowski, Commander in chief of the Soviet Forces in East Germany, today paid an official visit to Usareur headquarters in Heidelberg following an invitation of US General freeman. The two generals trooped the line of the honor guards and watched a parade on the Usareur Hq fields before they took off for lunch
