Dec. 12, 1963 - On Christmas: Pass Shines For Westberliner To Eastberlin- After 35 negotiation-hours the delegations found a regulation that Westberliners get a pass-shine to Eastberlin first time on christmas after the building of the wall, to see their relations in Eastberlin. Now nearly 800, 000 of Westberliners can see their parents, sisters, wifes, husbands and other relations for one day again. OPs: Senatarat Horst Korber (HORST KORBER) who had the negotiations in Eastberlin by order of the chief of the Senatskanzlei, which was from governing Mayor Willy Brandt.
