May 05, 1971 - International Banking Conference in Munich: Federal Foreign Secretary Walter School opened the International Banking Conference (IBC) in Munich (Germany) in which 250 bankers, governors of issuing banks and financial politicians from the whole world are taking part.Some of the most prominent guests are the American Secretary of the Treasury, John B.
