Portrait bust of Max Planck, German physicist
1958 - To the 100th Anniversary of Max Planck: The most important German physicist, at April 24, 1958 in the Eastern Berlin state opera, a ceremony will take place, prepared by the German academy of science in Berlin and the units of physicist in the Federal Republic of Eastern Germany. During the ceremony, Nobel prizewinner Professor Dr. Otto Hahn (Gottingen) will hand over a bust of Max Planck, to be installed in the house of the physicist society East Berlin. This house in Berlin, Am Kupfergraten 7, where professor Magnus was setting up the first German Institute for the physicist, at April 24, 1958
