May 05, 1978 - A touch of summer for Princess Margaret: A wide-brimmed hat, decorated with flowers, has given a touch of summer to this latest portrait of Princess Margaret, It was painted during the Queen's Jubilee Year, and was on show at today's preview of the Royal Academy's Summer Exhibition, which will be open to the public on Saturday. It was painted by the Artist David Poole, who completed the picture during a number of sittings at Kensington Palace
