Feb. 28 Franco Has Severe Heart Attack. 82 year old General Franco suffered his second heart attack in five days, yesterday. The Madrid Government said that Franco had suffered an acute coronary insufficiency during a bout of flu, and that he was already recovering and was returning to normal duties. But rumours still persisted in Madrid last night of Franco's death and there was a speculation that the Dictator's choice Prince Juan Carlos, would soon take over as Head of State.
