Feb. 12, 1968 - Pictured here are members of a group leading preparations for a Vietnam Congress, which was to take place in Berlin on the weekend. The SDS members make plans beneath the flags of the Vietcong. The city was very worried about the weekend events, having multiple high-tension events occurring. Berlin's interior senator Neubauer promised the university extra security for the events. Rudi Dutschke also planned to hold a demonstration in front of Schoeneberg municipal hall
