President Eisenhower speaks at UN General Assembly

Sep. 09, 1960 - UN General Assembly Begins General Debates: The General Assembly, which opened its fifteenth regular session earlier this week, began debate today. An unprecedented number of high officials are attending this session which has before it an 87-items provisional agenda, the longest in its history.
