Nov. 23, 1976 - 75 year old Andre Malraux died of a pulmonary embolism in the Creteil Hospital in Paris. He won the Goncourt Prize for his book The Human Condition in 1933 and the Louis Delluc Prize for his book Hope in 1945. He entered the government under President de Gaulle
