President de Gaulle in Metz, opening of Moselle Canal

May 05, 1964 - European Meeting In Metz: The Canal of the Moselle has been erected along 185 miles by the countries of France, Germany and Luxembourg. Today the three heads of state attended the opening of this important waterway. President De Gaulle greeted President Lubke and Grand Duchess Charlotte at their arrival in Metz where they went to a lunch at the Prefecture.
