1964 May 26 European Meeting in Metz - The Canal of the Moselle has been Erected Along 185 Miles of the River by the Countries of France, Germany and Luxembourg. Today the three Head of States Attended the Opening of this important waterway. General De Gaulle Greeted President Lubke and Grand Duchess Charlotte at their arrival in Metz where they went to a lunch at the Prefecture OPS/President Helnrich Luebke Shakes hands with metz Military Head, General Massu, Under the Eyes of President De Gaulle
