President Giscard d'Estaing, Raymond Barre and others
Feb. 07, 1979 - For three days, France's president and prime minister are going to be absent from France. It is something that has never happened in the history of the fifth republic. President Giscard d'Estaing (center) will be on an official visit to Cameroon, while Raymond Barre (left) will go to Canada from February 8th-14th.
