1953 - President Peron speaks in Buenos Aires - and a bomb kills five during mass meeting : A bomb hurled into crowds listening to President Peron address a mass meeting in the Plaza de Mayo, Buenos Aires, recently killed five people. The President was not hurt - and he finished his hard hitting speech. Peron accused Foreign Agents of throwing the bomb - a second bomb exploded in an underground station in the Plaza.
