President Kennedy visits his Irish roots

Jun. 06, 1963 - President Kennedy at ancestral Home in Ireland: President Kennedy returned to his ancestral home at Duganstown, New Ross, Ireland, where he met his cousin, 62-year-old Mrs. Mary Ryan, who entertained him to tea. In addition to his two sisters, who were traveling with him, he met 14other relatives, including one of the policemen who was on duty, who turned out to be a cousin.
