President Reagan addresses building trades group

Apr. 05, 1982 - President Ronald W. Reagan addressed the AFL-CIO Building and Construction Trades Union at the Washington Hilton Hotel today. Reagan told the group he expected a drop in interest rates and a general pick-up in the economy. This was the Same hotel and the same group that Reagan addressed on March 30th of last year when he was shot leaving the hotel
