1969 - President Of Italy Here For State Visit: President Saragat of Italy, and his daughter, Signora Santacatterina, arrived at Heathrow today for a nine-day State visit. They were met at the airport by Princess Margaret and Lord Snowdon - then drove by car to Home Park, Windsor, where they were greeted by H.M. The Queen and Prince Philip. After inspecting a guard of honour, they entered open carriages for the drive to Windsor Castle.
