Mar. 31 Two South American Presidents Are Agreeing: Buenos Aires, April 19, 1975: The President of Chile, General Augusto Pinochet visited today Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was to strengthen the fraternal cooperation in the relations of both countries, on the sovereignty of both nations in the Antarctic regions, future formation of bi-national enterprises (official works of mutual interest) and finally to confirm as General Pinochet declared to oppose firmly and headed by the big majority of the people their countries against foreign intervention and manoeuvres to impose foreign doctrines. As it is known in the last years the left wing world lost its influence since government changes in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador.
