Feb. 02, 1958 - Preview of London's first Planetarium.: A preview was held this morning of London's first Planetarium - which is installed in a huge copper domed building alongside the famous Mada Tussauds waxworks in Baker Street. The instrument itself - comprising 29, 000 parts - is of German Manufacture - and costs about £70, 000. Londoners will be able to see the courses of the stars the skyline. Events which normally take weeks and years will be speeded up to take only a matter of minutes. Photo shows Dr. H.C.
