Feb. 04, 1978 - Prince Charles Comes A Cropper: Prince Charles came a Cropper while on the ski-slope. He lost his balance and took a dive head first into deep snow. His girlfriend Lady Sarah Spencer, had a good laugh as he surfaced unharmed. Serves You Right, she told him You were going too fast'. Charles laughed, too, despite the loss of both his skis, his sticks, and his hat and goggles in the fall. Charles, who is on holiday in the Swiss ski resort of Klosters with Lady Sarah, had several more falls during the day.
