Oct. 10, 1974 - Princess Anne wears her medal at Passing out Parade: Princess Anne, Chief Commandant of the Women's Royal Naval Service, pictured yesterday as she took the Salute at a Passing out Parade at HMS Dauntless, the WRNS new entry training establishment near Reading, Berks. She was wearing for the first time in public, the award given her by the Queen for her Calm and Brave behaviour during the attempt to kidnap her in the Mall last March. The decoration, the star insignia of the Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, is between the Coronation Medal and the Order of St John of Jerusalem star. She also wears the St John Neck Order
