Princess Elizabeth of Toro
Nov 25, 1972; Kampala, Uganda; Princess Elizabeth Bagaya of Toro, sister of the depposed King Patrick, and a model and barrister, is said to be closer to president Amin of Uganda than any of his Ministers and colonels who form his Cabinet. She acts as his first lady at important meetings, and was present at the peace talks with Somali Foreign Minister Omar Arteh. Her word carries more weight with Big Daddy than any of his five wives.
