Feb. 29 Denmark's Heir-Apparent on First Visit to the Danish Cabinet in Council: Denmark's popular heir-apparent, Princess Margrethe, who yesterday celebrated her 18th birthday and coming of age, paid her first visit to the Cabinet in Council yesterday. here she signed the Danish Constitution and is now allowed to rule when her father is absent.
