Prisons
Prisoners enjoying the facilities of a fairly large library. Some of the prisoners complete vocational training courses from the books and are encouraged to do so. There are about 3, 000 books in the library, which is run by a prisoner, the books having been obtained from Public Library discards. H/Keystone
