Jun. 16, 1969 - These workers are standing in the ruins of what was once the K?ln prison Klingelp?tz. It had been there for 135 years, but it was decided to tear down the prison to put in a beautiful park. No one really mourned the loss of the prison, and a more modern prison had been built in K?ln-Ossendorf
