Nov. 11, 1961 - Anti-Strauss Demonstrations In Oslo: Mr. Strauss, the German Minister of Defence, was met by angry demonstrators protesting against German militarism during his visit to Norway. Photo shows Demonstrators sitting and lying down on the road from Skedamo near Gardemoen to stop Mr. Strauss's car from driving through. The protesters were dragged off by police after delaying the Minister for almost half an hour
