Nov. 11, 1961 - ROYAL TOUR OF GHANA. 50, 000 people gave a wonderful welcome to the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh when they visited Tamale in Northern Ghana. 140 local chiefs attented the Durbar Which was given in the Queen's honour.
