Feb. 02, 1961 - The Royal Tour of Pakistan Queen Looks at Sacrificial sheep. H.M. Queen Elizabeth II looks at four sheep dressed in Gaily printed scarves which were presented to her as the traditional frontier gift at Jamrud in the Tribal area bordering on the Pakistan - Afghanistan frontier. The Queen symbolically accepted the beats by patting each of them on the head. Then they were returned to he Maliks (Local Chiefs) to be slaughtered and distributed among the people at a Feast 1/2. Seen during the stage visit to Pakistan
