Jun. 03, 1956 - The Queen Watches the Duke of Edinburgh Play Polo at Cowdray Park: The Queen was present to watch the return challenge polo match between Cowdray Park and a team from Windsor, led by the Duke of Edinburgh. Her majesty afterwards presented prizes to member of the Cowdray Park team who were the winners. Photo Shows The Queen accompanied Lord Cowdray (left) and Lieut. Colonel P.W. Dollar, as they walked to the enclosure to watch the game at Cowdray Park today
