Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Anne at Benenden School
Jul. 07, 1968 - Queen visits Benenden School; H.M. The Queen walking in the grounds of Benenden School, Kent, yesterday. With her daughter, Princess Anne, and the headmistress of the School, Miss Elizabeth Clarke. The occasion was the School's Hobbies day, when pupils of the school show their terms made during the term. On Tuesday, when the school breaks up, 17 year old Princess Anne leaves to become a senior the name given by the school to its old girls. It is believed that the Princess may go to the University at East Auglia, Norwich, where both the Queen and Princess Margaret have paid a visit recently
