Nov. 11, 1961 - Royal Tour Of Ghana: 50, 000 people gave a wonderful welcome to the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh when they visited Tamale in Northern Ghana. 140 local chiefs attended the Durbar which was given in the Queen's honour.
