Jun. 06, 1981 - London, England, United Kingdom - As the Queen was riding down the Mall of trooping the Colour Ceremony on Horse Guard Parade on Saturday, 17 year old M. Sargeant fired six blank shots at her from a replica pistol, making her horse Burmese bolt for a few yards before she got it under control. She then carried on for the trooping ceremony. Sargeant was arrested and appeared at Bow Street Court today charged under Section two of the Treason Act
