May 05, 1953 - Preparing A Coronation Tableau: Mr Norman Hartnell has designed new dresses for the Queen, the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret but they will never wear them. They adorn waxwork figures of the Royal Family in a 0, 000 reproduction of the Throne Room of Buckingham Palace at Madame Tussauds. Mr Bernard Tussaud, great-great-grandson of the founder and his staff are working long hours to complete the tableau in time for the Coronation.
