Apr. 12, 1972 - Bonus for Treasures of Tutankhamen Queue: One of the largest queues yet outside the British Museum, waiting to see the Treasures of Tutankhamen exhibition, had an unexpected bonus today by being the first public to see an evening dress inspired by a jeweled costume of king Tutankhamen. The dress, modeled here by Christine Walden, had earlier been shown at a press reception at the orchestrate Hotel to introduce the Golden Needle dressmaker's Club, a new service for women interested in home dressmaking and sewing
