Mathews this afternoon took on the role of Umpire at Britain's first Scottish Pouring Contest held at Londonderry House, Park Lane, London. Competing were Britain's top bartenders. The competitors used shot glasses - which have a white line painted around them - and they have to pour whisky exactly up to the lines without using a measure.
