Oct. 10, 1963 - Mr. R.A. (Rab) Butler Resting At His Home After The Long Week At Blackpool. Mr. R.A. Butler who made the main speech at the Conservative Party Conference owing to the illness of the Prime Minister Mr. Macmillan, and as he will now give up the Premiership, Mr. Butler who is the Deputy at present could become the next Prime Minister.
