Oct. 10, 1963 - Mr. R.A. (Rab) Butler Resting At His Home After The Long Week At Blackpool. Mr. R. A. Butler who made the main speech at the Conservative Party Conference owning to the illness of the Prime Minister Mr. Macmillan, and as he will now give up the Premiership, Mr. Butler who is the Deputy at the present could become the next Premier.
