Jun. 06, 1959 - BILLY WRIGHT, right, the England and Wolverhampton Wanderers footballer has been named in the Queen's Birthday honours list to receive the Commander of the Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.), for his services to football. Wright and his wife, JOY BEVERLEY, center, of the singing Beverley Sisters, were the guests of Mr. R. A. BUTLER, the Home Secretary, at his home in Halstead, Essex. Wright will open a fete at Mr. Butler's local football ground, Halstead Town F.C
