A demonstrator is marched off.: Police reinforcements were rushed to London's Notting Hill Gate last night as race riots broke out for the second time in twenty four hours. The riots began after gangs of white youths had jeered at black people. About thirteen people were arrested - and a number were injured with broken bottles etc. Photo shows police march a rioter away during the demonstrations in Notting Hill Gate
