Jun. 26, 1968 - AMERICAN BORN DIRECTOR OF THE BERTRAND RUSSELL PEACE FOUNDATION REFUSES TO SURRENDER TO THE POLICE. MR. RALPH SCHOENMAN, 32, American born director of the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation, who illegally returned to Britain nearly two weeks ago, refused to surrender to the Police yesterday. Scotland Yard has been searching for him since they discovered that he had slipped back into the country, probably on a British Railways ferry boat from the continent. Yesterday RALPH SCHOENMAN met the Daily Telegraph reporter who had left several messages with Schoenman's friends in London.
