Apr. 05 The humanitarian commitment of the International emphatically reaffirmed at a 2-day meeting convened in Geneva in July by UN secretary General Kurt Waldheim. The 65 nations attending the meeting made substantial commitments of funds and offers of permanent asylum to help solve the immediate and long term needs on the hundred of the thousands of Indochinese refugees and displayed persons in South East Asia.
