Reginald Maudling in pedal car, Bristol University
Mar. 03, 1965 - Mr. Maudling takes part in a Pedal car race during a visit to Bristol University: Mr. Reginald Maudling the Shadow Foreign Secretary paid a visit to College Green, Bristol yesterday and during his visit he had a go in a pedal car race wearing a bright yellow crash helmet while students pelted him with snow balls has he done a lap of honor before starting the race which goes on 24 hours and is organized by Bristol University Students. Fifty three cars are being driven by teams of drivers. Last year the winner completed 1, 000 laps of the College Green course nearly 200 miles.
